Joe, Mike, and team have managed my rental properties for the last 5 years, and they have been fantastic. They have built a company that values doing what's right and putting customer interests first. Coordinating among tenants, owners, maintenance staff, and outside contractors is a difficult job that requires excellent communication, organization, and trust. On the rare occasions that they make a mistake, they quickly own up to it and do what it takes to make it right again. Overall, I feel very lucky to have found a company like this, and it's one of the reasons that my friends and I continue to invest in Albuquerque.
