Shawn at Real Property Management Reliance has been wonderful to work with as we go through the process of putting our Melrose, MA home up for rent. In December of 2023, we started researching property managers as we previously had never owned a long-term rental property. We were relocating for a new job out of state, and had a lot to juggle with getting ready to move and finding a tenant. We immediately were relieved to meet Shawn. Of all the property management groups out there, he responded immediately and was the only one to offer to come see our property and meet us personally that week. He came over, walked us through the process, answered our questions and gave us feedback on our property. He even offered to help us with replacing some of our front yard landscaping as it was an eyesore. In addition, their rates were comparable or better than other property management groups. Over the next few months, Shawn was quick to answer our questions, big and small, and gave us recommendations and always offered help and support. Once we narrowed down our date to move out, he quickly was able to find several potential tenants and signing the lease was fast and painless. We felt relieved we had Shawn as our property manager throughout this entire process. We highly recommend him and Real Property Management Reliance. There are so many property management groups to choose from, and we cannot speak more highly of having Shawn guide you through everything.
