HomeRiver group Jacksonville took over 4 properties I owned and had under MGMT with another property MGMT firm which closed. Chiquita Jackson was very professional and "on top of it" in understanding the current condition of the homes/renters and helped through three evictions and turning around the properties, overseeing the rehab & two of which were sold and the other two successfully re-rented. Without Chiquita's project management and review of fees on the ledger, verification of vendor repairs & engagement with tenants, I don't know how I would be able to continue renting the properties long distance. I appreciate Home River & Chiquita Jackson's professionalism in helping owners successfully rent & manage from a far. P.S. Chiquita even had weekly check-in calls for 9 months following the evictions & rehab to keep me abrest of all actions & decisions that needed to be made.
