The Service

Sure Rental Management is a marketing and referral service that connects property owners seeking property management with local, third-party property management companies ("Managers"). We are not a property management company and do not ourselves provide property management, leasing, maintenance, or related services. Our role is limited to facilitating an introduction between You and one or more Managers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You meet these requirements and that the information You provide is accurate and complete.

Inquiries & Submissions

When You submit an inquiry through the Service, You authorize Us to share the information You provide — including Your name, contact details, and property information — with one or more Managers so that they may contact You regarding their services. You are under no obligation to engage any Manager, and any agreement You enter into with a Manager is solely between You and that Manager.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and not to submit inquiries on behalf of any third party without authorization or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Third-Party Property Managers

Managers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Company. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, conduct, licensing, or qualifications of any Manager. Any contract, dispute, or transaction between You and a Manager is strictly between the two parties. We are not responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of any Manager.

Communications & SMS

By submitting an inquiry, You consent to be contacted by Us and by the Manager(s) to whom Your inquiry is referred, by email, telephone, and SMS text message, at the contact information You provide, including by automated means. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

If You receive text messages from Us and wish to stop, reply “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which You received the message. Once we receive Your message, You will no longer receive further text messages from Us.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any introduction to a Manager will result in a satisfactory outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service or any dealings with a Manager, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Your use of the Service, Your violation of these Terms, or Your dealings with any Manager.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at Our sole discretion. We will notify You of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
