I've been with Birch Property Management (Home River Group) for 2 years. They provide a comprehensive owners portal...where you can see all property financial and maintenance transactions. Anytime I have a question... I simply send an email and I receive a response within 1 day. Or if it's urgent I call the office.
My property manager is Stephanie Early. She is extremely responsive and has even met me on the weekend to search for new acquisitions. Stephanie goes out of her way to answer my questions and is extremely patient. She was instrumental with my last 3 acquisitions. I trust her professional advice. She's the best... hands down! Please don't ever leave!
Home River Group manages a rental property for me in High Point, NC. I live in CA so I am very dependent on their services. Their accounting of my property (expenses/income) is easily accessible through their user friendly portal. What led me to write a review though, is Roxanne McCracken who is the Maintenance Coordinator. I had a flood in the property and she helped coordinate the repairs and insurance company in a very difficult process. She went so far and beyond what I needed and expected it made the process less frustrating dealing with insurance and contractors.
We worked with Jayla Hankins and she was an absolute pleasure. She was fantastic every step of the way. From helping us with our rental needs to helping us get our home sold after having the renters moved out. We highly recommend working with HomeRiver Group.
