Trying to self manage long term rental property is no small task. It’s time consuming and fraught with potential financial and legal landmines regarding landlord tenant law, fair housing law, and environmental law just to name a few. Jeff and the team at Real Property Management are absolute ROCK STARS and give outstanding service to both us as landlords, as well as our tenants. They strive to keep everyone happy, communicate really well, and go above and beyond when there is a problem to make it better FAST. We live out of state. There was a severe water leak issue at our uniccupied property, just a couple weeks before tenants were due to move in. I am not exaggerating when I say, was near magical how quickly Jeff had it turned around, including dealing with insurance, overseeing water mitigation, tearing up tile, carpets and floors, reinstalling new floors, and reinstalling our tub and a new shower surround. He also supervised the replacement of our extensive AC duct system. Jeff's years of experience with property management has built many quality connections in the contractor world, and it shows. I'm sure we could have easily paid 30% more for labor on all the necessary repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any landlord or prospective renter.
