PMI has been on the ball getting my place rented within a week, first step of signing contract was easy, Rose came and look at the property with in two days for inspection, Alex came and took pictures within 2 days, and also put in a work order for a running toilet. Justin answered all my questions within 24 hours, usually within 4-8 hours. They were all so friendly and helpful . My place got rented within a week. The account department responded quickly to my questions and the site is very easy to navigate.
