Tried other property management companies and found them severely lacking. RPM actually manages everything from yearly inspections to minor or major repairs. They always communicate and offer various options for either do it yourself repairs or have them do everything for you. RPM has always been professional and reliable for all of my property management needs. Their prices are reasonable compared to other reality management companies but the service is noticeably better for RPM.

We have used RPM for 4.5 years now and have had two separate tenants in a single family home. We have been very happy with RPM and how they've handled tenant conflict, communication with us, checking in on the home and reporting issues and collaborating on what needs attention and what can wait between tenants. It has been so nice to know our property is under the attention of someone that has the resources and capacity to respond to urgent maintenance needs and any questions we have. There will always be things that come up with tenants, but not having to be the one who responds and being able to work and focus on family without as many interruptions has been a huge help.We had a friend in Oklahoma having a terrible property manager experience and we recommended looking for a RPM branch - she found it and has also experienced great service, communication, and quick action on needed home repairs. It is worth the investment to work with them. We will continue to use RPM to manage our house for a long time.
