I've been with Birch Property Management (Home River Group) for 2 years. They provide a comprehensive owners portal...where you can see all property financial and maintenance transactions. Anytime I have a question... I simply send an email and I receive a response within 1 day. Or if it's urgent I call the office. My property manager is Stephanie Early. She is extremely responsive and has even met me on the weekend to search for new acquisitions. Stephanie goes out of her way to answer my questions and is extremely patient. She was instrumental with my last 3 acquisitions. I trust her professional advice. She's the best... hands down! Please don't ever leave!
